Behind Mindset Factory is a strong team of full-time employees and more than 20 experienced freelance consultants. What unites us is our practical approach to developing people, teams, and organisations.
We bring diverse backgrounds and skills to the table, but we share the same approach: development must be tangible in practice.
Rune is the founder and owner of Mindset Factory and has more than 16 years of experience with the Danish Special Forces, where he has worked with training, selection, and leadership of high-performance teams. There, he has gained solid practical experience working with people who need to perform—even under pressure.
Rune's professional practice is supported by a strong theoretical foundation from the Royal Danish Naval Academy, as well as a Master's degree in Management Development from Copenhagen Business School.
At the same time, he has worked as an instructor, course leader, and coach, and today has extensive experience in leadership development and organisations across various sectors.
Sarah focuses on personal development, collaboration, and communication, taking a relational and practical approach.
She has experience facilitating development processes in both Danish and international contexts—with a particular focus on psychological safety and authentic leadership.
Through her work as a coach, team leader, and team-building instructor, Sarah creates an environment where people feel empowered to challenge themselves, strengthen their collaboration, and work purposefully to realize their potential.
Her skills have been developed through practical experience and targeted training in coaching, facilitation, and talent development.
Freelance consultants
We have partnered with more than 20 freelance consultants with backgrounds in areas such as the military, law enforcement, business management, and elite sports. They bring a wide range of skills and experience to the table, but what they all have in common is that they have been carefully selected and work according to Mindset Factory’s approach to practical, relationship-based development. This allows us to assemble the perfect team for each specific assignment.
